La pâtisserie Baking Camp-Summer 2026
June 29-July 3, ages 6-12, 9:00-1:00 daily In English with a sprinkle of French. This week is FULL.

Fee: $450
We will be learning about the history of each pastry we make, then we will make it. Each day we will taste some of what we make. On Friday, July 3 or July 10th at 12:00 we will have a dégustion (a tasting) where we invite our friends and family to taste our pastries and dishes and learn how we made them!
Notes: The camp will be partially in French: we learn songs, sentences and key words about cooking and baking in French. We will be eating some of what we make but bring a bagged lunch in case you are still hungry.
July 6-10, ages 12-16, 2:00-5:30 daily En français (some French experience required ) Register here

On Friday, July 10 at 4:30 we will have une dégustion (a tasting) where we invite our friends and family to taste our dishes and pastries and learn how we made them!
Notes: The camp will be mostly in French, therefore some French experience and comfort hearing and speaking is required .
17 year-olds and up: Interested in using your French and baking/cooking skills? Work or be a volunteer at our French Baking Camp
